Today is absolutely the correct time, to begin with the new jerk. In order to survive in today’s hectic world each and every one of us needs to make amendments in their lifestyle to cope with the pressure and deal with the stress in a healthier manner.   1. Water is the most essential beverage for the body. Try to add at least 2 liters of it on a daily basis.
  2. Whole grains are the blessing for the stomach so much on them.
  3. Your half of the plate must be covered with fibrous foodstuff including fruits and green leafy veggies.
  4. Opt for skim or double toned or low-fat milk and other dairy products.
  5. 1/4th of the plate must have any protein-rich food.
  6. The Rest 1/4th of the plate must cover cereals.
  7. Always remember the more colorful the plate is, the more nourishing it will be.
  8. Fat must be like the tip of the thumb in each meal and not in each dish.
  9. Limit down the sodium (salt) intake as much as possible.

Like healthy eating habits, steady physical activity is equally important. Walking during working hours does not at all fit into the exercising shoes. The dedicated exercise or any physical activity is only considered as exercise or physical activity. It has no compensation. Most of the healthcare specialists urge to perform medium to high-intensity workouts for about 45-60 minutes to obtain maximum health benefits. Trying new forms of workouts is better as compared to routine exercise regiments as people don’t surrender easily. 30 minutes of cardiovascular workout regime, 60 minutes of weight training, and 60-90 minutes of weight reduction workout are recommended.
